Cancellation Policy
We want you to be delighted with the services and machines we supply. Should everything not be to your satisfaction, you as a customer have the right to cancel your order with us. Any cancellation must be made within 7 days of the original invoice date. For the sake of clarity, any cancellation should be received in writing, delivered to the contact address.
Should a cancellation notice be received, Rugal Repairs and Sales will arrange to remove the machine within a further 7 days, and will make a refund to the full amount of your original invoice, less a cancellation charge of £48.75 or 5% of the total value of the goods rendered, also within this further 7 day period. The cancellation charge is to cover the cost of installation and removal only.
Refunds can be made by cheque or bank transfer, whichever is requested at the time of cancellation.
